Mr. Parker inspected the roof, showed pictures where the water was coming through the roof. His written proposal contained all the verbal aspects we agreed to do. Mr. Parker removed much of the old coating, replaced the coating with updated roofing materials and sealed the entire roof. He works diligently and I am so pleased to work with a honest and trustworthy professional. I have complete confidence in his work. Looking forward to using his skills on other projects soon."

Manny and his crew came to do the work. They were very respectful ,detailed oriented, and a pleasure to work with. "From the start it didn't seem like they had much experience with concrete work. They busted up the old slab and took most of it out but then left a lot in there to fill the hole instead of putting Stone in it. They asked me if I wanted a smooth finish or a brush finish. I said a brush finish. The brush finished they left on there was so heavy it's just real rough. And after it's settled and dried we noticed that as it rained it puddled in areas because it had slight bellies. And they said they were going to pour a 4-in slab. That did not happen because the amount of concrete we got was not enough to do a 4 inch slab. When I called them about this to let them know what was going on with it they said it was fine when we left and you were happy with it. But it settled more after they left. And when I asked them to come back out and check it they said they were busy and couldn't for some time. So they got their pay and we're happy with that. Not that the customer was happy."

"I call them for a small issue correct on my foundation AllProOne I hire and then they find out the correct was bigger and we need to do the waterproofing to seal it properly. They did very good job very professional very quick and they was very fair price wise. I highly recommend AllProOne construction Llc."
