"Work that is done without any issues are easy reviews to write.  However in this case we ran into a major issue where the stain used on the garage doors did not match the existing front door as was a requirement.  (Not even close).  We addressed the issue with Rick and he agreed there was a problem.  He sanded the doors, completely removing the stain and started over with the correct stain.

As stated before,projects that go off without a hitch are easy reviews, but when you do run into a problem, how that service provider addresses the issue speaks well of their overall commitment to their profession.  Rick handled the issue well and did whatever it took to make us happy.  This could have been catastrophic but in the end we love our new garage doors."

They cut away some drywall for the repiping and they even repaired the hole when finished. They are so responsible and do very good work. The crawlspace where they did the repiping is very small and they never complained. Their quote was about half of that from other companies."

The experience went very good overall. Clayton, the owner, was very professional. He came out and gave me an estimate for the drywall repairs and kitchen remodeling work. He was referred to me by another contractor and we were happy with the results. He always came out when he said he would and he finished the job on time so i could get my next tenant in the home. "I got bids from four tile installers. LaQru's bid was the clearest, with every detail covered. There were no 'hidden' costs with LaQru. Every other bid left 'holes' and contingencies which made it impossible for me to get a clear idea of actual cost to install new tile throughout my home. LaQru's Michael Wilke was the only tile contractor who brought pictures of his previous projects. He was the only tile contractor who kept in touch during the decision process. He was willing and able to answer any and all questions. It was not at all difficult to choose LaQru Tile and Marble when I was ready to start my project. Michael is a PERFECTIONIST. But I realized that I could no longer live with the ugly office tile after I saw what a marvelous job Michael had accomplished in the rest of my home."

"I had 4 support posts holding up our covered walk way that were rotted out at the base and I was afraid they were going to give out any day. Angie's List had a special for wood repair - 4 hours of labor. Yeah, got the OK from the husband and purchased it. Olga at Spectrum One Inc. called to set up appointment and asked me to send her pictures of the job, which I forgot to do. They sent over a great tech person to review the job in person, gave us a list of materials we would need and set up a time for the job to get done. We were able to pick up the replacement posts from the Home Depot around the corner from us and let Olga know we were ready. I left my husband with the job of being on site while I went off to work. Came home for lunch and the job was already done and looked great. The only think I wish I had done was have a longer to do list for them. The workman ship was great. They were able to use the base and top hanger so no extra expense and they got done in two hours. Looking at replacing our fence and are keeping them in mind for that job."

"Guys did a great job as promised.  Took advantage of a $999 special; an additional $300 for extra exterior door painting.  Approximately $1000 in paint necessary but we chose top quality paint in lieu of having Better Choice select paint.  House was power washed and some trim replaced prior to painting.  Some delays due to the high temperatures we experienced that pushed out the job a couple of times.
