"We chose Garcia Roofing because we wanted a highly reputable, local, Louisiana licensed and insured roofing company. We had a GAF HD shingle roof installed previously, that was approximately 8 years old. Hurricane Ida winds were (my estimate as we were in our home during the storm) 130mph sustained for 6-8 hours. We considered both shingle and the standing seam metal roof for our roof replacement. We chose the standing seam metal roof as the most cost effective long term solution. Garcia Roofing installed a 26 gauge standing seam metal roof for us. We’re very pleased with our new roof. It’s beautiful and very well installed. We chose the medium bronze color. The installation crew did a superior job. We had to replace 36 CDX plywood sheets to fix the damaged roof deck. Additionally, we had facia/soffit repairs included. We highly recommend Garcia Roofing and their standing seam metal roof. Thanks Garcia Roofing for taking excellent care of us!"

"The work was all completed on time and in budget.  There was constant contact between me and the office.  I was so pleased to be able to get someone on the phone no matter what the issue was.  They even worked with my insurance adjuster and came out on their own time to go over the rain damage with him!  Seriously above and beyond customer care.  They have done a number of jobs for me and we won't use anyone else.  As far as I'm concerned (and we've tried a lot before them) they are the best roofers in the city.  Honest, solid work and experts in all materials.  I'm hesitant to even make this review because they may get too busy for me to get on their schedule but they earned a good review. <br />"

"Jeff is truly a "Jack of All Trades", he spent a day at our daughter's house in New Orleans doing everything from power washing to installing dimmers, trimming doors and hanging curtain rods. He arrived with a well equipped trailer furnished to conquer any job and works quickly and efficiently. No job too big or small and his rates are very reasonable. We will definitely be calling Jeff again!"

"Ken and his team did an amazing job. He was extremely responsive and delivered on a very tight timeline. I was not in New Orleans at the time when the work was being completed and Ken kept me updated with pictures and text messages throughout the four days. The work performed included the removal of columns that supported the main carrying beam of the house and a column that supported a set of stairs. Ken and his team removed this columns and installed an LVL to support my second floor and re-supported the stairs all within 4 days! I enjoyed worked with Ken and would highly recommend him for your project."

"Wonderful!! OM&T first sends out a rep to assess what your needs are. They have a variety of skilled workers who work for them. So they don’t send an electrician or plumber to replace deck boards. Once your needs are assessed and how many workers it will take to complete the job he will send an estimate. I have been very satisfied with the prices - the quality of work and the workers. My various jobs averaged about $450 each. The latest for cutting up the hot tub and hauling it off took 2 workers 2 hours for $480."

"Great! Paul came to assess the leak within 24 hours of my call. He looked at both interior leak area on ceiling, in attic, and at exterior area on the roof. He determined that leak was not an ongoing problem but a minor one time leak caused by pressure washing of the roof done recently. He recommended I just Kilz and repaint the ceiling. He was here 20 minutes but very kindly did not charge me anything for his inspection and advice :) Attentive, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Paul, and I will definitely call for future all-around house repair needs!"

"We are in the middle of a global pandemic (Coronavirus), but I discovered one of our windows, which had been concealed by a piece of furniture, was shattered and about to fall out. Relief Windows came out and gave me a VERY reasonable estimate to replace the broken window. I decided to go ahead and have a few others replaced, too, since they were not in great shape, either. Well, they not only gave me a very good price at an awesome discount, they never once tried to "upsell" me or tack on additional fees. Yesterday, their installers came out and I have to say, I am so impressed! Not only are these windows the nicest I have ever owned, but the installation process was smooth and fast! The team that came out was so polite and friendly, but they made a point of keeping a safe distance since we are, in fact, still under the Coronavirus quarantine. They were such hard workers and cleaned up every bit of their mess when they were finished. They even went above and beyond on repairing the trim around the broken window!
