"Wavy drywall was never removed. Cabinets hung at different heights. Tub installed incorrectly. Electrical outlets installed (without consulting me) where mirror had to go. Found out last minute I would not have a toilet overnight so had to go to a hotel; they never offered to pay for it. Went two weeks without a shower and over two weeks without a bathroom door. I was cleaning their messes daily. The tile grout cracked within days of installation; they never fixed or sealed it. They drilled holes all the way through the wall to my bedroom and failed to repair. Their plumber wrecked the top of my dryer (he did not cover it) and 2nd St will not fix. They damaged new vanity, mirror, walls. will not not replace or fix what they damaged. Tim first came to house in Feb 24, they started work Mar 24, then they BAILED on project July 24. Worst experience of my 20 yrs of homeownership. I could never ever recommend 2nd Street. I have sought legal advice and will file a complaint with the BBB."

"100% would recommend Mica from Plunkett’s to deal with your cockroach issues. We had roaches off and on for many months, despite a good cleaning regime etc., and eventually realized other units in our shared building had the same issues. Mica quickly and precisely diagnosed the source of the issue, was real with us about time and possible costs, worked with us in coordinating multiple units, patiently answered all questions, and in the end helped my neighbors and I deal with this extremely persistent issue in a relatively short time frame. He approached treatment with a lot of care and thought, in particular listening and adjusting for our concerns re: safety of our young toddler. This was a big one for us! Plunkett’s was a bit more expensive than some other pest control companies we looked at, but neighbors had already tried multiple other services and it never got rid of the issue. In the end, it was probably cheaper than multiple ineffective treatments, but more importantly we haven’t seen a roach in several months."
