"The wood beneath my 40 year old patio door had begun to rot due to water and insect damage so the patio door and the flooring underneath had to be removed.  Roger's quote was less than half that of the other contractor I had contacted.  Part of that is due to the fact that Roger did not quote beyond the necessary and requested work. He helped in recommending the replacement door, and worked with it even though it did not match the original door specs. The work crew was very punctual and professional and respectful of the property and materials. They worked with me leaving me with the decision to handle the minor tasks which I could do myself, rather than charging their contractor rates for the simple tasks. "They did great. An amazing amount of prep work. They were quite a bit more expensive than the "cut rate" outfit we used last time, and you get what you pay for. They ended up removing a good bit of the old paint and primed and painted everything. The did a lot of surface preparation (filling in cracks, re-nailing some loose siding, etc.) before the actual painting. <br /> And did a great job of cleaning up. <br /> The deck staining went well, too. There isn't much to say about that except that the end result looks great. <br /> Chad and the workers were all very professional and personable. <br />"
