"Robert was very flexible with our crazy schedule.  On the day he came to do the work, he called to let us know he was on the way.  The hardwood floors were carefully covered with thick brown paper, then  padded drop cloths.  The old plaster (?) and tape were scraped off and the cracks were repaired.  Robert explained that a totally smooth finish on the ceiling would take more time and increase the cost, so we agreed on a textured ceiling. The ceiling is beautiful, but it was amazing how closely they matched the texture of the walls that were repaired.  After we had received the initial quote, we had a leak in the kitchen ceiling and some damage we caused in removing a baseboard.  Robert took it all in stride and repaired everything we added for just $100.00 additional.  Frank, who repaired the kitchen ceiling did a fantastic job.  The only indication that it has been repaired is that it is totally white and needs to be painted to match the ceiling color.  Robert explained everything they were doing as the repairs were being made.  Everything was cleaned and wiped down when they were finished.  They were all pleasant and accomplished professionals.  We have already planned to have him come back for additional jobs.

"Sales rep was excellent. Communication was good with all representatives including crew. Gave me good advance notice of when they would do the job. Materials arrived 2 days before job start, dumpster arrived day before. They did the work on a Saturday and the dumpster was gone early Monday. For what it's worth, I roofed in my younger days, and indeed did the original roof on this house, so I have a very good idea of what it takes. It's a very long distance from the street to the house, so just to get the materials to the house and the debris back up to the dumpster on the street is challenging. These guys did a good job under difficult circumstances.Before ripping the roof they covered the ground levels and also draped tarp over the side of the house. They were careful to save two large and heavy chimney caps which we wanted to preserve. The laying of the shingles was good. The gutters were cleaned thoroughly after the job and the ground was also cleaned. It was an extremely hot day and the crew worked hard."

They tinted the primer for best coverage of old color, two coats of paint. Instead of just touching up the baseboards as we agreed, they repainted them completely so the finish would look better. This is the second job they've done for us. Wonderful company!
