I was quoted $800 for an EV charger installation, which was clearly discussed with a manager, documented in writing, and included on the invoice I signed. I also have email confirmation of the agreed price. After moving forward based on that agreement, they attempted to back out and not honor the quoted amount?despite no changes to the scope of work. This kind of bait-and-switch pricing is disappointing and unprofessional. I would recommend getting everything in writing and confirming they will actually honor their quote before proceeding."
