I was elated to learn that they could install the same evening. The technician, Tyler, was prompt, professional, courteous and helpful. I knew the brand of shower head I had but unsure if it could be duplicated. Tyler found the perfect shower head and picked it out himself. I love it!!! It matches the bath fixtures perfectly. "Jeff Hoffman arrive exactly when he said he would. Rita who answers the phone there made special arrangements to work with my schedule. While he was here to quote running the gas line , I asked about how to shut off the water to the house. Single mom here and thought I should know that. He tracked down the shut off and showed me how to access it if needed. I then asked about getting a quote on sump pump and a garbage disposal. He looked at the disposal said he thought it was just stuck. Got a tool from his truck and fixed it in less than five minutes at no charge! He could have easily sold me a new one. The people at Hoffman Plumbing are truly good people doing honest work. I would not hesitate to recommend them. <br />"

"I buy a plan for the seasonal things. On the price, I don't remember I think it's a couple of hundred dollars and they come out every three months. So, they check everything and occasionally they've done other things such as they've installed a new thermostat, things like that. Actually, that was on the initial visit, and that was an additional price. I've used them I think for a year and a half. It's reasonable, it's part of the package plan. Everything's been running pretty well. I just think they're pretty reliable, professional and easy to deal with. The interactions are very good. They explain what's going on if there is a problem they make sure that I understand what it is and I don't put any pressure on me to make a decision. I would say it's a good working relationship. It was an hour or an hour in a half to do the work, but there was something else that he found and I told him to go ahead and do that too. Everything was just as it was."

"They were lower than the others I got a quote a from. For what I paid for, I think the work was great. I did have to have them come back out and adjust it but it was a minor thing and they didn't charge me and the service was just fine. They did a quick work. It was effective. It was cheap. They listened to what I wanted in replacing the pipes and the orientations that I wanted. "Everything went very well. <br />Two men arrived at 8:30 am to begin replace a twenty year old furnance AC unity. <br />They were informed by the sales rep on what was to be done and I explained what obsticles they may encounter under the house. <br />The old unit had a bad A coil and was leaking water into a closet behind the furnance/AC and damaged the floor. <br />Since the floor had to be replaced, I allowed them to cut a hole in the floor to get better access to the crawl space. <br />There was a lot to be done to put the new system to proper code. <br />The gas line had to be replaced, new drain line, inspect and replace any bad 6" ducts under the house. With so much work the crew of two increased to five by the end of the day to make sure the job got done right and on time. <br /> <br />Without going into further detils of the work that had to be done I can't say enough for the people who work for Brackett. They are exceptional, experienced, curtious and very proffesional. I will recommend Brackett to anyone. They are a top knotch company. <br /> <br /> <br />"
