Craig and crew worked efficiently and "caringly" to sculpture the trees the way I envisioned. The remaining 4 trees were completed and all limbs and trimmings removed. "The work was done perfectly. They showed up on time and completed the service in a professional, timely manner. I had a very large, old tree that was dying. The tree had to be completely removed. Today you would not know there was a tree in that space. This is the third time I have had their team out to do work. "I contacted several tree trimmers to complete a job. This profession is extremely busy in our area. Optimum is no exception. If you have an emergency they might be able to respond quickly, but for regular trimming or maintenance the scheduling could be  3 to 4 weeks. While they did respond to calls and emails, it does take a day or 2. The team is professional and courteous. If I did use them again it would be for removal only. If they park on a hard surface, put a tarp down. The vehicles leak fluids.
