"Alex showed up on time each day and provided a professional product and service. Even though the installation was on the third floor, Alex insisted in cutting the product in the first floor garage to keep the dust and debris to a minimum. This required him to trek up and down two flights of stairs to complete the task. He was very meticulous in his installation and helped to clean up the work site after. The Floor It Today salesperson, Sean, came out the first time and took very low measurements, thus making his price much lower than other bids we received. When this was pointed out, he came out, measured again, raised his price but didn't change his measurements. The third time, we measured ourselves, called Sean out to re-measure and finally got the numbers right. Our biggest fear was that he would short order on material, installation would begin and we would have to wait until additional material arrived. Very difficult to give a rating on this company as we were not so pleased with Floor It Today but cannot say enough good things about their installers"

"Alex performed the work in a timely manner. My wood floor, however, has many cracks in sealant. When the wood floor was stripped, sanded, and resealed the A/C had been off for a month. After turning on the A/C for several weeks, the floor contracted leaving many gaps. I'm pretty sure this is not the fault of Alex but I would advise other persons to consider this problem when hiring someone to refinish wood floors."
