Ryan from Peak Roofing immediately put in a temporary fix on the roof and in the attic above the dining room, coordinated the roof repair, drywall and painting repair, and was present when the insurance adjuster inspected the damage. As repairs were underway and the almost inevitable hidden damages showed up, Ryan coordinated directly with the insurance company to cover the additional costs. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here!
