As a bonus, he was completely trustworthy, showing up when he said he would, meeting all date-lines, explaining small delays while waiting for Inspections from our County, etc… and taking care of “everything”, like permits or attending to last minute requests. And then, there is another aspect of the total experience: giving us peace of mind instead of worries.. That, to me, was very valuable."

"Our home required rotten wood to be replaced in a number of areas that were exposed to water runoff from poorly installed gutters. Heath did an initial assessment of the work required but advised it could change once he got behind the rotten boards to see the extent of the damage. Of course there were more replacements needed and the price went up but in the end he and his team did a great job getting the work completed. Would definitely hire H&H again in the future."

He did not have any business cars to give the customer. He came in, that does not cover his feet. He does not have anything professional about him. He don't have any tools to repair anything. He charged me $45 with no intention of repairing anything through my house. Why are you coming in people's houses and disrespect their carpet in the cleanliness of their house, don't you supposed to put on some shoe covers or something? Why do you leave me with a broken air condition for 6 days? "

Tim came to our home and did a thorough inspection. He had multiple samples to show the different types of shingles, costs, life expectancy, etc. (Also provided locations of homes his company had worked on in the area where we could ride by and see the end product.) All new gutters with leaf guards were also installed. Our home is surrounded by large oak trees and this was the first year with the new gutters. How nice not to have leaves piled up in the old gutters. We were so pleased with our roof that we asked Tim and his team to install gutters at our church.
