If he consents and takes the job its because he knows how to apply his skill to make the job a worthwhile experience. I have worked with other handymen but none as considerate, being a good listener, paying attention to detail so that the final product has much appeal. His work ethic is his "tell" as is obvious from the pride he places in not only his work but also his profession as he strives for excellence. Our first project was outdoors on the patio and no sooner had he & his crew left, down came the rain. This is always a sign of a "good stranger" for me. The third project was indoors and ain't gonna lie, I was a bit surprised with not only his speed but also the end-product. My hope is that he sticks around to help me & my family transform our home to the home-of-our-dreams. Wishing him sustained-excellence for 2026 et al.."

"Our home required rotten wood to be replaced in a number of areas that were exposed to water runoff from poorly installed gutters. Heath did an initial assessment of the work required but advised it could change once he got behind the rotten boards to see the extent of the damage. Of course there were more replacements needed and the price went up but in the end he and his team did a great job getting the work completed. Would definitely hire H&H again in the future."

I was nervous about hiring a contractor but Hugo was recommended by a friend. « Go with Hugo, he did a superb job of carpentry in my house ! ». I am so grateful to her! I did hire Hugo. As for his work, the words “top-notch”, “first-rate” come to mind. He and his crew are outstanding professionals. The whole construction was done with such care and proficiency. My husband and I are delighted with the result. Hugo’s work was not inexpensive but I did not want to end up with a car port ! Considering that we got exactly what we wanted, with the quality of both material and workmanship, we felt it was a fair deal. Also, I appreciated Hugo’s passion for his own work and the advice of an experienced builder. As a bonus, he was completely trustworthy, showing up when he said he would, meeting all date-lines, explaining small delays while waiting for Inspections from our County, etc… and taking care of “everything”, like permits or attending to last minute requests. And then, there is another aspect of the total experience: giving us peace of mind instead of worries.. That, to me, was very valuable."

"We were very happy with the work completed by Leon Home Repairs. They were efficient and thorough. The work included installing a new countertop, sink, faucet,, and light fixture in one bathroom and painting the bathroom; removing painted wallpaper from one large wall and smoothing and painting the wall; replacing one set of bifold closet doors and trimming off and adjusting multiple other sets so they would operate smoothly; and replacing large window panels and the door in our front entryway. Dimas, who served as the foreman for the work on our house, also smelled gas in our utility closet and on his own initiative, figured out where the gas leak was and showed us, so we could call someone to come repair that. The team had an excellent range of skills and knowledge to tackle the variety of work we needed them to do. We will definitely call Leon Home Repairs again if we need more work done in the future."
