I was provided with a choice of providing my own (self-purchased) paint, selecting which store brand paint I wanted used (Five Star would obtain) , or accepting Tanner's thoughts on a paint brand to use. I went with Tanner's suggestions, and am satisfied that quality paints were used.

The crew arrived the very next day, managed by Francie, all were organized, professional and focused.  
The crew throughout the job were prompt to arrive, were neat and organized. Extra efforts were put in due to the color my wife picked (very light to cover the older darker colors). The task was finished faster than expected. On completion, Francie made sure I was satisfied, I was.

Tanner also came by at completion to check the workmanship and to verify that I was satisfied and to remind me of their warranty and re-work they would do if needed.  The amount paid was the amount agreed to.
