"I'm really late writing this review, but Fidel and the crew did an absolutely fantastic job building us a new deck. We talked at length about what I wanted, and he remembered everything I wanted done and did it perfectly. They used all long boards where appropriate, minimizing end-to-end seams. All corners are square and fit well, nails all subsurface, and quality wood was used throughout. The work was prompt and efficient, and cleanup and debris removal was perfect. The team was prompt and on time, and the job was finished faster than expected. We love our beautiful new deck, and wholeheartedly recommend JC’s Contracting. Thank you, Jose!"

"Our project was to replace a deck with a new larger one and build a roof over it. I was nervous about hiring a contractor but Hugo was recommended by a friend. « Go with Hugo, he did a superb job of carpentry in my house ! ». I am so grateful to her! I did hire Hugo. Also, I appreciated Hugo’s passion for his own work and the advice of an experienced builder. As a bonus, he was completely trustworthy, showing up when he said he would, meeting all date-lines, explaining small delays while waiting for Inspections from our County, etc… and taking care of “everything”, like permits or attending to last minute requests. And then, there is another aspect of the total experience: giving us peace of mind instead of worries.. That, to me, was very valuable."
