We are a small landscaping company out of Durham N.C. We have been serving the Triangle for 24 years this June . We started with residential lawn services and gradually moved into Commercial Maintenance. Over the years, we pursued landscaping trades by way of education and hiring employees who have been qualified to perform various landscaping jobs. We install retaining walls , patio, fencing, landscaping lighting, grading , sod installation, renovation of lawn , trees, shrubs , flowerbeds, drainage system, and much more.

There were some things I wished they hadn't done, but they were VERY minor, and like I said, it was a HUGE job. The acre lot was ALL WEEDS. Well, pretty much. They did GREAT! "In October of 2024 Shane came out to give me a quote for yard clean up. After several calls by me, I finally got a start date. Shane called me and said they could start a day early and I was fine with that but they showed up at 5:30pm. I was told they would start at noon. The next day (actual start date) they showed up at 7:30pm and were there for a half hour and left because getting dark. I was told they would be there the next day at 9am. At 10:30am I called Shane asking where the crew was. He actually argued with me telling me they were there. So apparently I was blind. They showed up after 11am and they finished while I was out. Only half the job was done. I emailed all photos of areas not done with pic of contract for those areas quoted. In no way did Shane reach out to see if everything was done. I had to hire another company to finish what they did not do. When I got the bill, I reached out to Shane and said we need to revisit this bill because not everything done. He offered a $150 discount (via Sara's email) which was laughable and said "if ok we will send a new invoice". I sent an email back saying $150 is not acceptable and got no response. No response for 5 months! I got an email 5 months later saying my bill was delinquent but they cut the bill in half. I never received new invoice that showed bill was cut in half till 5 months after my last contact with them. They are not trustworthy and play games. If I could give a zero, I would."

Healthy Home Restoration was established in Cary NC in 2004. HHR has specialized in solving complex problems in crawlspaces related to humidity, pest and mold and is considered the top company in the Triangle area for crawlspace problem resolution and energy evaluation/improvements. Over time sealed and conditioned crawlspaces became the preferred method for constructing crawlspaces under homes. The process of conditioning a crawlspace is so successful it created an entire new industry. "I recently had "out of control" mold issues in the furnace room in my basement. My son and I were both suffering respiratory issues, so it had to be resolved. I brought in a company to test for mold, and ended up hiring them for remediation. When it came to "What do I do now to prevent this in the future?" they were not able to help me. After a search through ND, I came up with the names of several companies, and had all 4 out for a quote. Each person who came told me something different, some of them completely contradictory. (Ex: "There's standing water in that space" vs. "There's no water problem there, it's completely dry" given two days apart.) I came back to ND and did some more searching. This time I noticed one company came up with glowing recommendations over and over again - Healthy Home Restoration. Dennis, the owner, has a real understanding of indoor air quality issues (finally!) and came up with a proposal to encapsulate the space, add some ductwork into the unfinished workspace and put dehumidifiers in both the furnace area and workroom. (Rest of the basement is finished, with standard HVAC duct work.) The team came out and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them! Had I known they could have done the entire job, including the part the first company did to remediate the problem, I would have hired them first. They are the best of the best!"
