"Mr Sergio and 2 of his guys came to take care of roots in my yard that came from 4 pine trees that sit behind my fence. They use a crane to breakup the roots. Then they made a line in the dirt to run the hose for the water drainage on both sides of the house. Then they spread some dirt then some seeds then some hay. Mr Sergio watered the seeds and hay and dirt. They cleaned up. They were very Professional and very much on time to do my yard. Thank you Mr Sergio."

"Jon came out twice to consult with us on the job planning. Entailed repair of a hardscape we had torn up to renovate & expand our house. He had helpful design suggestions and the finished project looks much nicer than it did prior to the expansion. Also did significant work on drainage to eliminate run-off along with grading & sod work to complete the area. Can be challenging to reach when very busy & multiple projects are underway with weather delays, etc  but he is conscientious about  following up. "I needed a complete overhaul of my front and backyard, both of which were filled with too-mature plants and weeds galore. The front yard between the circular driveway and the street contained a very large hodgepodge "garden" which may have been lovingly tended to by previous owners, but was neglected and overgrown. The backyard had an unusable slope, uneven ground and a ton of weeds and random plants. Randy gave me a reasonable quote to tear everything out, level the backyard and install a retaining wall, and sod both the front and back yards. Unfortunately, rain delayed our start by several weeks, but once it was clear enough to start, Randy and his crew jumped right in clearing everything out with a Bobcat and digging out the huge bushes in the front. In a matter of a few days, the retaining wall in the backyard was built and the yard was leveled and graded for optimum drainage. The sod arrived a day or two later and I had a brand new yard! In a matter of a week, the landscaping in the front and back of my 1/3 acre lot was completely overhauled and it looks AMAZING. Neighbors are constantly stopping to comment on how incredible it looks. I was very impressed with Randy's punctuality and professionalism through the whole project, and he even provided documentation for me to submit for HOA approval of the project before starting. He's a great, honest guy, and his crew works really hard and they do a great job. I highly recommend Alliance Landscaping for a large project like mine."
