Dana, the Production Coordinator, contacted me about date and time of renovation! My phone call and texts to both reps were quickly returned! On the day the work was scheduled, I was contacted by the Project Manager AJ, and he let me know the crew Oscar and Rigo would arrive before him as he was picking up the gutter shields on his way! "We were replacing old Gutters that overflowed every time it rained. I got three bids for the job. Gutter Glove wasn’t the cheapest but based on our conversation, I felt it would be the best solution. The covers are by far the best I’ve seen. That will save me a lot of climbing on the roof. Troy arrived right on time, did exactly what he said he would, cleaned up after himself...no issues at all. We had a day of heavy rain later in the week and the gutters worked perfectly. They also look great. I would definitely hire Troy again."

The service technicians arrived on time and proceeded to describe the installation process and the approximate time for completion.  They worked around the house for several hours.  After the installation was complete, they cleaned up the areas around the house.  We have had several downpours over the last month and the gutters worked excellent.

"I'm giving a 4.5 only because I just had GGA install valor gutter guards. It's October and leaves and debris will be problematic soon and I need to see them in action under a heavey downpour to give 5.0 stars. Other than that, I got four quotes. The sales professional was the most through. The price was on point for the quality of gutter guards. I got the "Valor gutter guards". After doing my due dilligence I believe these to be superior gutter guards. Obviously time will tell. Install team was great, on time and efficient. My only complaint is a small one, they unstrapped one of my upper downspouts that dumps into my lower first floor gutters in order to get the gutter guard fitted in place. But forgot to either install a longer strap, move the strap further up the downspout. Anyway it is just hanging out undone."
