"I asked for quote on culvert repair.Salesman Anthony(if that was his name) said culvert was ok,but if I wanted it replaced it would be $2900. I got another call and was told they could do job in 2 days and fill holes by culvert and patch,then seal drive for 2500. Day of the men they sent said they couldn't do culvert repair. They only came with a tank of sealer and a couple bags of cold patch. Sales guy called and said they would fill some dips and seal for 2200. This guy then was quoting numbers all over the place. I forgot to mention I agreed to pay 1500 cash and put rest on a card. They tried to force cold patch down the little hole by the culvert which was washed out under the asphalt. The pic shows the hole which they patched over and is now sinking. The other pics show where they stopped and strarted sealing and where they didn't sweep the excess asphalt gravel off drive before sealing I like an idiot gave them 1500 cash. They asked me to pay the rest in gift cards."

From day one to the final day , they were prompt, thoural, and was very committed to doing a great job. they took great pride in their work and it showed greatly. I have pastored for past 35 years and worked with many companies on many jobs , but they were one of the finest companies I have seen work in my lifetime. Each day they cleaned up any messes left behind, listened to and then performed what even I asked them if they could do, and followed all instructions to the T. "I had to move quickly, was going through a divorce and needed work done at the property to which I was moving. The most urgent item was erecting a fence for my dogs. Jeff met me at the property and we discussed a number of items I wanted done. He spoke about the big projects he's done for large corporations and assured me he could get the work done prior to my deadline. Jeff told me he needed a deposit to get started. Because I didn't want any delays, I gave him a $1,200 deposit without anything in writing. He missed every promised deadline and each time I contacted him, he turned the situation around saying he would get the work done if I stopped bothering him. I continued to contact him because nothing was getting done and he hadn't done anything to move the work forward. He was rude and extremely unprofessional. I kept on him and he finally provided me with a day he'd be out to begin erecting the fence. I couldn't be present the day he was scheduled to be out and when arrived at the property, Jeff was not there, but there were holes throughout my lawn. I called him and was told that a fence could not be erected on my property - no one would be able to install fencing because of tree roots. After he told me he couldn't proceed with the fencing, I requested that my deposit be returned. He first said he would refund the deposit. When a week passed and I received nothing from him, I contacted him again and he told me he did the work and was owed the money. Because he spent time making holes all over my property, he believed he should be paid. By the way, he left the holes throughout my lawn. Holes that created a liability for me. I continued to contact him and on one call, he indicated that he visited his lawyer and would be sending me the invoice for the money due to him, and indicated that I would receive a check for the remaining portion of the deposit. I never received any of my deposit back. Jeff is dishonest and anything but honorable. Beware."
