"Initially I had requested that Gary present to my home to provide me with an estimate on reducing a 1-2" high, roughly 20-24" long lip in my basement floor that had been the cause of an injury that occurred in my basement. Gary presented promptly to my home on the day the estimate was scheduled. I was very pleased with his overview of the work that he would perform; admittedly, I wasn't certain if the price was right because he was the first estimate I got. However, Gary would ultimately be the only estimate I would get because I found him to be very likeable and honest; he showed genuine concern when I discussed the injury that took place in the basement. I liked Gary so much that, on the day of the estimate, I would provide his name/number to a friend who had discussed with me an issue he has with his driveway. On the day of the work, Gary called me ahead of time to make me aware that he was on his way, and he arrived in the timeframe that he had provided me during the visit. He brought his employee Jeff along who was just as professional and courteous. After performing the work, Gary asked that I come down to the basement to give my opinion on what I thought. I informed him that I believed there was still a slight lip in the floor and that I was concerned that it would continue to present as a trip hazard. I hated to ask that he reduce it down more but Gary agreed with no hesitation. A short while later, Gary asked that I come down and view the work again--it looked great! Admittedly, I was so pleased that shortly after Jeff and Gary left, I texted a picture of the work to my wife, mom, and dad. Ultimately, if you value a company's professionalism, kindness, and a genuine appreciation for its craft, I would recommend A+ Plus Concrete and Foundation repair be contacted."

"Called Greg and he came out a couple of days later and gave me an estimate. I asked if he could finish the job by a certain date as I was going on vacation. Greg said that this would not be a problem. I called Greg and hired him to do the work a couple days later. About a week passed and Greg said he would be starting Friday morning. Friday morning at 8AM the crew was here working diligently. The crew removed an existing paver patio; prepped and formed the patio to my specification; installed the aggregate; then poured 5 yards of concrete in 1 day. My 80-foot driveway is newly paved. They used a bobcat to transfer the concrete from the street to the back of my house. They made 10-15 trips and not a single drop of concrete on my driveway! Greg stopped in Friday late afternoon to check in on the crew and my satisfaction. The crew returned Monday (they were going to work Saturday but we had storms all weekend). The crew fixed the yard where the bobcat tore up the sod. They used a great grade of top soil, seeded and covered with mushroom mulch. What a fantastic job. The crew was friendly, attentive, detail oriented and focused on getting the job done. If you need work done, do not bother calling anybody else."

The cost estimate was very reasonable, lower than others, and I thought I might expect lower quality work. To my delight, the F. I. not only did a good job, but indeed a superb job and I am more than happy with their work. "Overall, well. They did what they promised and we were able to work through unexpected issues easily. The crew is a bit noisy and works better when Rick is there. They do understand concrete and our driveway (a very big project) is the talk of the neighborhood. Ran into an issue where the driveway connects to a detached garage and Rick's solution was a good one, completing the job. Nice job sloping the concrete to move water away from the house."

"We can't even begin to tell you how happy we are with the work that was done on our home. Our house went from being the "ugly duckling" of our street to the "beautiful swan" after Roman's crew was done with our home. Bill, Rob and Evan were the men who did our front porch, and it's what sets the look for the house.
