I was in a real bind to get repairs completed as I was in the middle of re-financing house when the storm hit. I contacted Commonwealth & they were able to come out & assess what needed to be done. They got the permits right away & got started. Most of the previous work had to be re-done....they removed the windows & added headers & proper support & re-installed, repaired roof & re-built front porch. All work was done professionally & in a timely manner. Also installed interior trim (baseboards/windowsills/frame) in sunroom, which I requested at the last minute, so house would be ready for appraisal. They did a nice job matching the original trim on older home. Would definitely hire again."

"We had a lot of trouble with communication but once they showed, they did a good job.  I left work early to make it home in time for an appointment and he never showed.  He didn't call to let me know he wasn't coming, he just didn't show.  I called him, left him a message, and texted him.  Never got an apology or an explanation, just a reschedule time.  We considered doing more work with them but we don't have time to deal with the poor communication."

"When we arrived, there was a slight odor from the cleaning supplies, which I did not mind, and was dealt with by opening windows and doors.  I have a severe allergy to mold and in a previous experience in another place, I could feel a burning on my skin from mold spores.  I did not experience this after Microclean.  It was such a relief.  My only complaint was having to clean up the debris after the vent cleaning.  This was not part of the proposal, so was not expected.  It would have taken another day to do that, and the work was done so quickly there was no time for that.  Also, the house was empty for the summer, so some of the dust etc. was due to that.
Hopefully we have learned our lesson about the temp., but I would call MicroClean again if I had an issue.
