"Josh Thompson of Pioneer Roofing made a thorough inspection of the roof & roof vent. He made numerous small repairs, some of which had contributed to slight roof leaks. He made a particularly detailed inspection around the chimney & caulked nail pull-outs plus re-established shingle solidity with the underlying sheathing. His co-worker replaced a shingle that had loosened and fallen to the ground. I was impressed enough with his professional approach to the work that I asked that he & his partner provide me an estimate for some additional work.
