He explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions. Who could ask for anything more? I feel good and safe about the work that was done. Nicholas told me that it probably didn't need to get repaired -- the issue was due to using an LED lightbulb. He was right - and he didn't need to tell us that... he could've just "fixed" it and charged us for it. The project itself went very well. They did a nice job putting in the chandelier, and the light in the attic. They also fixed the other problems I had around the house. They made one error when they were making one of the repairs I needed in the house.. they fixed the problem, but accidentally cut off power to another room.
