"The whole process was relatively smooth. the sales person was good and knowledgeable. After signing the contract, two person crew came to measure. It took about a month and a half before windows were ready. Scheduling during the winter was a bit difficult, but it was not their problem. In bad weather, I would not want them climbing a tall ladder to install the window. Install was done professionally. We are satisfied. We would use them again.

So when Chris (sales person) came (last quote) and went over everything from how to what and even had samples of all the materials, I was thinking, oh man this is going cost a lot, but it didn't.
