He responded to our phone call quickly and made an immediate appointment to assess the needed repair, as we were under a time constraint. He not only gave us an estimate that we were happy with, he also made the repairs with no disruption and no damage to the inside of our house. We were advised by every other contractor we contacted that this could possibly happen. He was very professional and friendly and had the work completed in a far shorter time period than we expected. He kept us informed of everything he was doing.
