"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

We are a custom fabricator & installer of all natural stone materials such as granite, marble & soap stone. We also work with Quartz products, SileStone, Cearstone and other engineered stone materials. We do all of own cutting, fabrication & installation. We do not use any outside subcontractors. We do design work for our customers to meet there needs. Examples would be bath showers and fireplaces. We have an onsite granite yard to view and purchase granite slabs. One of our services is to meet customers that want to go to wholesale stone warehouses to assist them in there selection of materials. Along with our normal business hours we gladly have night & weekend appointments for our potential customers. "The travertine marble on our fireplace surround had cracked under its own weight and was pulling away from the wall. Superior gave the lowest quote and also had great reviews so we gave them a shot. The whole process was pleasant and painless - We were able to pick from any remnant they had on hand and found a nice honed granite. They told us it would unfortunately not be done until after the new year. Bill came out to do the template and asked if we were having Christmas dinner at our house - I said yes, and he said he would see if they can squeeze us in before the Holiday. Sure enough we got an appointment for Dec 18th. The installers were super friendly and nice - They got the job completed in a couple hours and it looks beautiful. There was no mess at all and everything looks great. I would call Superior again in a heartbeat."

"George has provided handyman services at my home in the past. Early 2021, I hired Ocean State Property Services to do a kitchen renovation. It did not go as planned due to supply chain disruption and freight carrier delays that resulted in my cabinets arriving damaged from the manufacturer, this did not sit well with OSPS and they quit the job early. George and his team did a great job with the demolition, plumbing and industry connections (i.e. flooring, countertops, plastering). The downside was inefficient communication and negative attitude stemming from the contractor's frustration. In the end, George did not complete the job but left on amicable terms. I would hire George again for another job that had "less moving parts" to it. PS His helpers are fantastic!"

"I had to get my bathroom renovated due to improper work from seller of the house. I had Stephan come in march of 2021. he did a great job. However, my caulking around all of my brand new tub walls, has started coming off. so i called to have him come out to recalk. he said that he would be able to come on Wednesday the 23rd at 8-830 am. today i get a text stating that he cant make it that day and sorry for the inconvenience. i then asked ok when can we reschedule for. he read the text and never replied. i asked if it could be next week. he again read the message and never replied. I then messaged again and he hasn't read it, along with leaving him a voicemail after just 1 ring. if he decides to not get back to me, I will get my lawyer involved for not complying with his guarantee."
