"Downspout from roof over 2nd story roof and connecting gutter came lose in storm and fell off house. Did not call company who installed gutters, as we were not happy with their work. Called Richard of R&R Roofing to see if he could help. Found out that they repair/replace gutters, siding and windows in addition to roof work. [We had R&R replace our roof last year and were 100% satisfied with their work. See Ja. 2019 review.] One of his workers was at our house the next morning to make the repair. R&R Roofing will be our FIRST and ONLY call for all our house repairs and/or replacements from now on. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. Prompt, efficient and professional. They know what they are doing and do it right. Give them a call -- you will be thrilled with the results!"

"From the beginning the Customer Service and Sales Presentation was professional and top-notch. Anthony understands the roofing industry, new technological features in rofing practice and the education required to keep up with these changes. Larsen's even teaches roofers in their nicely outfitted warehouses. We paid a small upcharge for the kind of roof we wanted, but all the bells and whistles were included in the quote: chimney covers, intake and outlet vents. The roof is sealed completely, impervious to water and has a 50 yr guarantee. The quote was very reasonable for the level of workmanship we received. Anthony was communicative, responsive, respectful and enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his products. We enjoyed all our interactions with this well-organized and personable Salesman. The Project Manager also oversaw the operations and allowed us to use the dumpster for the brush cleanup on our recently purchased property. We highly recommend Klaus Larsen for your roofing needs."

"Casey and Melanie were wonderful to work with. Our roof looks beautiful and we have recommended them often."

"This company did a good job both on site and communications. The roofing quality is great. They worked very hard and got the job done quickly . They worked with my insurance company to save me money. Great service."

"So far it’s been two weeks since the job has been completed and so far so good. The new roof makes the house look newer and it gives it a fresh look; not to mention that I won’t have to worry about a new roof for 20+ years! Luis was very attentive and available to my questions I had, it being my first property."

"Very pleased with the work of the LOPCO team. They worked hard, took care to clean up the area each day, and were very pleasant guys. Tom updated me daily as to the progress of the work, which was very helpful. If I had any questions or concern along the way, Tom and his team responded almost immediately. Very happy with the entire process, and highly recommend LOPCO."

"Peak Roofing was amazing to work with! My roof replacement was a long process—nearly six months of back-and-forth with my insurance company—but Nik and Neil, the owners, were incredibly helpful every step of the way. I contacted 7 roofing companies—5 never showed, and of the 2 that did, Peak stood out immediately. They were professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful. They answered all my (MANY!) questions, provided a detailed estimate for my insurance, and kept communication open throughout the process. Once approved, Peak continued to impress. They confirmed the installation date, checked in the night before and morning of, and both Nik and Neil stopped by to ensure everything was running smoothly. Their crew was friendly, hard-working, and got the entire roof done in a day! Cleanup was so thorough you wouldn't know they were there. Nik and Neil truly understand customer service. If you need a reliable, professional roofer, Peak Roofing is the one to call! Highly recommend!"
