"Chris and Levi showed up on time. They were amazingly professional and got straight to work. They fixed something in my fuse box that had nothing to do with my initial problem. Within 30 minutes they found the problem and fixed it. I wont call anyone else for electric issues ever. They are reasonably priced and didnt try an upsell anything. I asked if the wiring in my house was an issue and he assured me it was fine. If your looking to get something fixed or your having trouble. These are the people to call."

"I’m very happy with the work of James Electric. I needed to have an EV charger installed. I was able to discuss the project with them (location, model, charger ratings, etc.). They offered opinions, but it was always my decision. I ended up with my Emportia charger mounted exactly where I wanted on the house. "Kenny arrived at my home to install a light switch and back patio light that was non existent at the time. Kenny was on time and very professional. I had purchased a patio light before the installation and had to return to work and left Kenny to do his work. Kenny called me and told me that the light I purchased did not have the brackets that it should have had. Kenny took my light back to Lowes and brought back a new one and installed my light. The furnace crew took  2 full days and the insulation crew took 3 full days.

These are 2 emails I sent to the company:

1/.  Just wanted to convey to you that my wife and I were deeply impressed by the 2 crews that were assigned to our upgrades. The furnace crew; Brian, Todd, and Tony had the additional task of disassembling a old heater into pieces small enough to get it out through an interior stairwell. They did an excellent job and left the job site spotless. The insulation crew; Todd, Doug, and Jeremy were presented with many challenges in attempting to meet the contract specifications and always came up with innovative ideas to overcome 19th century construction techniques. These craftsmen also did an excellent job and left the job site spotless. My wife commented that they always seemed to be working and never took a break. It was a pleasure having them all work on our house.

2/.  In the last two days I had 4 inspectors for the permits come out and we passed all the final inspections.  The Fire, Plumbing, and Electrical Inspectors for the furnace all were impressed with the installation. They particularly liked the manner in which Brian hung and braced the intake and exhaust pipes. They all said the install was neat, clean, tight, well laid out.  The Building Inspector was impressed with neat and tidy job done by the Todd and the insulation crew.  Please thank them for an excellent job.
