Ray was confident in the work that he was doing but yet very approachable and answered all of questions and concerns appropriately. The team had a good sense of humor and made me feel comfortable, having them in my home when I wasn't there wasn't a problem. "Wow!!! Varies individuals write reviews when they’ve experienced horrible services or the service provider operated below the level of expectation. This is not the case with my review. Tanner Welsh was nothing but amazing. My desire was to change my stairs from carpet to hardwood. This job is not only and investment but if done incorrectly could be the worst nightmare ever. I saw warning pictures from other people who didn’t hire the correct company and I became very hesitant. I went to several home improvement sites and found Tanner’s company. I hired him for the job and currently I’m 100% satisfied. He was very professional. He completed the job in a timely manner. He’s trustworthy.
