Get matched with top roof sealant application pros in Charlotte, NC

"We called them as we had a leak- they’d installed our roof about 3 years ago. They came out and turns out the issue was a furnace pipe, nothing roof related and nothing they’d put in. However, they went ahead and adding some sealant to the pipe to try to fix it. They came out, looked at it and fixed something they didn’t need to all free of charge."

"The whole process was seamless and excellent. After calling, the owner came out, inspected our roof, made recommendations for replacement, and supplied us with sample shingles. Once we made our decision, he sent us a detailed estimate. When we accepted the proposal and arranged a date, he came back and covered all the attic contents with tarps, protecting them from debris. The work was completed in two days and cleanup was very thorough. He returned to remove the tarps and canvassed the perimeter for debris, especially nails and tacks. Invoice sent promptly, without any alterations. Highly recommend"

"Was a great day thanks for the new roof"

"David did an amazing job. He came in and asked to go straight to the attic? not the roof like the other guys. He identified where exactly the leak was, then went on the roof, inspected the whole roof and came back with photos. Fixed our leak, then also resealed all the nails everywhere on the vents and boots. Really appreciate this guy, went way beyond what others did for me before! I highly recommend this contractor! Thank you so much!"

"Hello I had a roof that was leaking I had over 3 companies take a look at it But when I called Universal roofing they knew the problem Right away and fixed it Very Great Work very affordable All in all Iâ  m extremely happy about this Would highly recommended If I have an issue again I will definitely be using them!!"

"They were on time and did the job good. I did not have no roof sealant put on. The strip on roof was rising up and I knew that was abnormal. They fixed it!! The only thing I think it was a little pricey for fixing that peice. But the job was done and the roof looks a 100% better."

"Team came a day early in consideration of rain probability for the originally scheduled date. The 3 young men, Andrew, Jason & D.J., were courteous and efficient. They went the extra mile to help with a minor unrelated project."

"The Project Manager, Bryan Murphy, contacted me within 24 hours to schedule an appointment and came out the very next day. He was very thorough in his inspection checking the roof as well inside rooms and attic. He quickly noticed an issue with one of the main vent pipes/caps and damaged roofing surrounding the area. He took photos and shared them with me along with his recommendations and estimate. The following day his crew came out and within an hour had the job completed to my satisfaction at a very fair price. I highly recommend Skyview roofing and will use them again for all my roofing needs."

"Except for a slight problem on changing the appointment--Excellent !"
