"Salesman lied and said my roof would collapse within 30 days and possibly harm my child, so I needed to get the work done asap. Subcontractor stated that my slats were fine and I didn?t need a new roof, but contract was already signed. Crew was great but project management Jesus was the worst I?ve ever experienced. I was told half day project for a 10 square basic roof. Then it was 1.5 days, then 3 days and barely finished at sundown on the 3rd day. I was asked to sign completion work halfway through the 3rd day. I?ve also been unable to reach the project manager and district manager for 24 hours in order to close out the project. I only agreed to their high prices because of their promise to have great communication and fast completion. The results were the complete opposite. Stay away from this company."

All I wanted to know was a timeframe to expect our contractor to arrive and all she could was read a script. Probably not US based. The contractor who did arrive was great. Really nice guy. Answered my questions and worked efficiently. The only thing was that when he picked his supplies, whoever prepped the order didn’t include everything, so he had to drive across the area to find the last part. Our sales rep was a young guy, knowledgeable about the process. He was good, relatable. No complaints."
