"I had a full view glass storm door with sidelites installed in front of my Provia entry front door. The door is very sturdy such as thick heavy metal, lexan glass is clear, the hinges are smooth and strong, the lock is secure, the powder coated paint is beauty. the weather striping is robust and tightly sealed. The manufacturing process took a little longer than expected. A minor adjusted was needed for the lock. Medallion sent someone out immediately to solve the problem. My Provia Front entry door is awesome. I really wanted a full view security storm door to allow the Provia door to be on full display. In addition, to providing full security. Medallion knock it out of the park."

"While the materials and communication was good, unfortunately there were some things that left a bad taste and I am not sure I would use them again. While there were some issues that they are addressing quickly, like replacing a part of the door they changed because a piece was smothered with white silicone, and also replacing a panel that was broken when they capped the trim outside my home, and they destroyed my big rosemary bush. I'm baffled as to why they didn't notify me at the moment and instead I had to wait until the walk-through to find out. The forklift person who came to pick up some material that wasn't used left a hole in my driveway. I just sent them some pictures, but haven't heard back, but hopefully this looks like it will be repaired. I am also not happy with how the door looks after the install and the reply from the QA walk-through was 'that is how we seal all the doors'. I appreciate that the amount of clear silicone used will prevent leaks and bugs, it looks like someone watched a whole bunch of YouTube videos and at the end some measurement went wrong and the mistake was covered up with an uneven line of silicone. Time will tell how long the silicone will hold against concrete. Walter was great at seeing how an original plan was maybe not the best way to go and proposing a more workable alternative. He is an excellent, dedicated craftsman. His wife, Wilma, was also on site everyday helping with details. There were many unexpected turn in this complicated job but Walter and Wilma held steady, remained flexible, overcame all obstacles, and created a beautiful, warm home space."
