"Was able to get quote for replacing a concrete step and walkway based on cell phone photos and a few measurements. Bid came in $500 below the others. Project manager (Chris) keep me in the loop about delays, but the work crew still came in the following Monday and got the job done in one day, and also cleared some brush without extra charge. All exchanges were professional and efficient, brief on words but big on action. Concrete repairs are expensive but I was very happy with the experience and outcome."

It was evident from the first meeting that Van Croshier was a concrete professional. He and his crews were on schedule, on budget and communicated often to keep us informed. Croshier solved our significant water pooling problem by carefully sloping the driveway and installing two drains underneath. The crews cleaned up daily and thoroughly at the end of the project. The cost was very reasonable, and we enjoyed the personal attention from a family-owned company. Our finished driveway-with extra detailing around the edge-is as beautiful as concrete can be. Buck Jones and his crew are outstanding and some of the hardest working guys I have had the pleasure to meet. We hit a snag and they took care of it the correct way. The prices are some what high but you get what you pay for and I know material cost are ridiculous. I hope they pay their employees well, they deserve it"

"They replaced sections of our sidewalk and driveway apron. They were prompt and the work looks great. Pricing was fair. They only complaint is they promised to level out the dirt displaced when removing and leveling the sidewalk and did not. They were also a bit sloppy and got globs of concrete on the asphalt driveway that was left to dry."

"I had several estimates and MADEWELL CONCRETE was very reasonably priced. They did amazingly quick and efficient work. It was a smooth process from the initial estimate to the removal and replacement of my concrete driveway. The old driveway was removed and the form was built for the new driveway in 1 day and the new driveway was poured the next day. After several days of curing we were using our new driveway. Just keep one thing in mind, some landscaping will be required by the homeowner afterwards but MADEWELL CONCRETE does their best to keep this to a minimum."

"In 2016 we downsized to a home that was a complete wreck and needed a total makeover inside and out. Included was a driveway that was originally concrete that had been covered with asphalt, some of the asphalt was chipped away. Anthony came highly recommended by a neighbor/friend/contractor who had used him on several other projects. We received 5 or 6 other quotes from big and little contractors (and several other no-shows), all came in 15%-20% higher than Anthony’s. Anthony was punctual, professional, courteous and understanding to our concerns and modifications along the way. The end result was a beautiful new driveway which added curb appeal to our home and functionality to our multi vehicle needs. One bright note after it was complete was having a couple of grade-school-age neighbor boys comment “we like your driveway!” Along with rave reviews from all the other neighbors. We were so satisfied with his work that the following Spring in 2017, we hired him to re-do our back patio (roughly 15’x55’)! Prior to that it was a combination of wood deck, crappy cracked concrete and a collection of paver stones. "Outstanding all around! Mike and his crew are very pleasant individuals and were true to their word. They did the work we agreed to on the days that we agreed to -- including working Saturday and Sunday to complete the job -- at the cost agreed to. The results are excellent. We are delighted by the improvement inside the garage, for the carport to the left of the garage, and behind the garage. The concrete pad in the garage now slopes nicely toward the front of the garage, and there's a neat slot for the garage door to close into. On the left side of the garage, what previously was 3 separate concrete slabs all broken up that allowed water to pool in them are now a single seamless slab that drains toward the driveway. The stairs Mike and crew installed are robust and firmly anchored. I will definitely contact them again for future services.
