"Superb! We had so many overgrown branches which had bent over onto our homes due to recent rainstorms and we're lucky they didn't snap onto our roof. Yikes! Roberto's team of guys came with energy and had all necessary tools for trimming our very high heavy branches. They climbed up into our trees using ropes for rappelling, cut and chopped up the branches and took them away. We we're impressed. They were not only a nice bunch of guys, professional, hard working, and cleared out so much brush. We feel more safe now. "Jason surpassed all competitors and my wildest expectations with respect to price, quality, and speed in which he constructed the front steps with stone work integrated into the facade and granite treads. I had already been informed that once demolished, my new staircase would need to include an additional step in order to be up to code. I had two quotes, and got Kirby's number from a neighbor that had a very impressive staircase recently constructed. Jason's quote was more than $1,000 below the previous lowest estimate, which I liked immediately, but he also demolished my old staircase and constructed a beautiful new one with the additional step, and completed all pointing of my stonework surrounding the stairs in a SINGLE DAY. When it was clear it was going to rain that day, he said "No problem" and built a tent around the workspace in order to complete the job. As if all that weren't enough, I had asked he incorporate a number of stones that matched the foundation of my porch into the stairs and he did it beautifully. I am happy to write him a detailed review on Angie's List which is the only thing he asked for in return. "Working with Marcello and Madronas Bros was a delight. He was very responsive and was willing to work with us to adjust the scope of work to get the price within our budget. Their estimate was higher than the others we received, but the level of customer service and the professionalism of his team made this the best value by far. <br /> They redug and replaced 100 feet of exterior french drainage system in yard; including perforated pipe and gravel. They removed  the concrete single car garage floor and replaced with perforated piping and gravel, new concrete floor poured. <br /> They replaced some stonework on the front stairs, re-pointed the bricks, repaired the surface of the foundation and installed a 10 x 10 blue stone patio. The results exceeded my expectations. <br /> The crew kept the work site as clean and organized as they could, and Marcello always kept us in the loop as to what was happening and what to expect next. I will definitely use them again for any landscaping, stonework or drainage projects. <br />"
