"Hiring Vertex's Hardwood Floors to redo the horribly stained maple floors throughout our newly purchased home was absolutely the best decision we made! Cindy and Duoc were both terrific. We had hired, or tried to hire, several other contractors to work on our house, and each and every one disappointed us. One never returned our calls. Two were recommended by friends or relatives, but both were completely incompetent. We were about to give up completely when we found Vertex's. We solicited three bids on our job, which entailed completely refinishing the floors in our living room, dining room, and two bedrooms. The floors were so badly stained that the other contractors wouldn't even guarantee their work. Vertex's Hardwood Floors not only guaranteed their work, they beat the other bids by $1000 and $2000, respectively. The results were, in a word, spectacular!!! The floors are absolutely gorgeous. Also, we had a tight timeframe during which to complete the project before we moved in. Duoc accommodated us on that as well. We hired them on a Friday, and they began work on the following Monday. We have already recommended Vertex's to a friend, and we will continue to spread the word about the fantastic work they do. We would definitely hire them again. I wish we could submit pictures so you could see for yourselves!"

"WR Collins did an excellent job on our house. We found the company through Angies list and they did exactly what we were looking for. We have a two story house and they laid new floors upstairs and refinished floors downstairs while replacing the floors in the living room. I am extremely happy with their work and everyone had a great attitude on the job site. The work was done efficiently. I would recommend them to anybody and if I need work in the future I will be calling them again.

"Michael Tran at Universal Hardwood Floors Inc. provided an exceptional experience regarding installation and refinishing hardwood floors in our home. From start to finish Mike was timely in communication, performed the work as discussed at the on-site review and delivered on the stipulated timeline. This crew is absolutely awesome."

"Wonderful! Anh saved us! They fortunately had a small window of time exactly when I called and were able to fit us in. We were in need of someone immediately and so they really saved us! There is nothing easy about the work these guys do. This is extremely labor-some work. So, for that, along with the results they provide, in the timeframe they provide it, they are more than reasonably priced. They sanded, stained, sealed, and polyurethaned our existing hardwood floors in our entire house which consists of about 1600 square feet ( 3 bedrooms with closets, living room, family room, large kitchen, hallways, plus two staircases in five days. Our floors are BEAUTIFUL! We are so pleased. We love them! And we are so happy we hired Anh from Floor Sanding of Mass. Thank you Anh and thank you to your crew!"

"America Hardwood Floor services was wonderful for refinishing our hardwood floors. We scheduled them well ahead of time and they confirmed they were still on schedule prior to coming. The team of two did 700 sq feet of floors and closet floors in 4 hours, to sand and give first coat of poly. Two days later they put the second coat of poly on. These old floors look absolutely amazing now, and they were super competitively priced. We would go through them again!"

"Great work and very communicative throughout the whole process. Pricing feels a bit more expensive than I would've expected but the quality of the work makes it more than worth it. They even helped patch up holes and some damage on my very old floorboards for free when refinishing."

"Eric came soon after we called to give us an estimate and scheduled us based on a timeframe we requested a few weeks out. During that time he got busy so he called ahead and asked if we could push it back a week which was fine with us. Since it was a white wash he put down the stain and had us come check it out before he applied the poly. It was gorgeous! We are so happy with the finished product - the floors are the star of house! I would definitely worth with Viking again!"

"He did a wonderful job, he stretches the carpet very well, he uses a machine to stretch the carpet which other just kicks the carpet in. He also did ceramic tile flooring for me and he did a very good job on that as well."
