"A three person team came out on time. They were hard working and quite brave to get up on a wintery roof in Minnesota to remove snow and chip and steam ice dams away. They were careful not to damage anything and left no mess behind. All in all, a very impressive work crew. I chose Doug's based on Angie's List reviews.
