"Perfect. They were upfront about cost and always let you know where project stood. They also cleaned work area up the only thing they left behind was a repaired roof and a nice looking fascia."

"He came out within about 2 hrs of me calling, which was great. He cleaned everything, replace freon, and advised me on how to handle future problems. The best thing was he did not try to sell me a new unit. All of my HVAC equipment in my house is older, and anytime I have had anyone else over for any reason they always try and sell me on new furnace/AC etc. He did not. He was quick and professional and it was appreciated. I will definitely use and recommend him in the future.

"Contacted Kyle for an estimate to replace an asphalt roof. He was out in couple of hours to inspect the roof and take measurements. Gave me a quote on the spot. I had a few additional questions later and all were answer very quickly. Hired them for the job. They showed up when they said they would (had a 2 day weather delay) did what they said they would do for the price they quoted. Very happy with their work. Was all very professional using quality materials. Did a good job with cleanup. I would highly recommend them."

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in Chatham, IL

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
