"I chose Ralph based upon his excellent reviews and the fact that he is a Mechanical Engineerr. I contacted him at 8 am and to my surprise he said he could arrive around 3pm but that he would call me when he was on his way. He called around 2:15 and said he would be able to ariive a little before 3 if that was good for me. Ralph was professional in appearance and demeanor. He has a fully equipped truck which prevents him from having to go shopping in the middle of a job which I had experienced with another contractor. Ralph quickly diagnosed the source of the leak and fixed it. He explained the issue to me and gave me several pointers for improving efficiency of the toilet. In addition, he was very thorough in answering my questions regarding septic tank maintenance. I would not hesitate to contact Above All Plumbing for future plumbing work and highly recommend Ralph. <br />"

"Mike and I agreed on a one-hour window, and he arrived on time. Very nice guy, very neat, very thorough. Within an hour, he diagnosed the problem as a faulty pressure switch and tube. He replaced them and all is well. He did let me know that his minimum service call is $55, which may be useful information for others."
