Other sales people expected us to sit through an hour-long Power Point presentation about the company. Bob talked to us about what we wanted, shared some useful window wisdom, gave us a swift estimate, and invited us to hear him play guitar that night (we went). They came in at lower cost than anyone and the windows are awesome good looking and tight as a drum against the cold. The crew that did the installation, also awesome. They did two big windows in two days, with it snowing outside, and we didn't have either a freezing house or a mess to clean afterwards. They were great. Go with these folks. You'll be happy."

Initially we had a miscommunication because of bugs in this app ( we are limited in our ability to send a full message through the app) be that as it may, we figured it out and was back on course in no time.
