Plastic was placed strategically so that all other areas of the house were not affected by the dust. The workers were very respectful and helpful with any questions I asked. "Sasha and his refinishing expert, Val, were a fantastic team to work with. We were on a very tight schedule in getting ready for a real estate open house. I requested a quote on Tuesday, they started work on Wednesday and worked until 9:00 pm to complete all the sanding. They remain flexible and focused working through the weekend to complete the job in time for the next step in our preparation for sale, cleaning the carpets. A very professional and customer focused team I whole heartedly recommend. He was very responsive, and after we discovered the original flooring wasn’t in as good condition as we thought, he explained my options. "My husband and I just bought a home. We got the keys last Thursday, pulled up the rugs in two bedrooms over the weekend and to our great luck we had hardwood floor. We wished we had time to get someone in to refinish the floors before our beds and furniture came on our move in day the Thursday that week. We felt badly all day Monday about it. "Fantastic job by Tuan and his team! Not only was Unique Floors responsive to our quote, questions, they were ultra accommodating with our need to have the job complete in two rounds.
