Within that same day, I was sent quotes and supply lists via email. I was happy with the price and it was fair and reasonable. I was very impressed with the teams' work, work ethics, professionalism and candor. Very honest, upfront and they were willing to perform little tasks on the side for me at no extra cost. They worked for about 9 days straight and built me a wonderful patio, a side patio and 2 walkways (one with a front porch). Their work is immaculate, they pay so much attention to detail and cleaned up beautifully. A happy team is a happy and content employee and their management is what makes the company. I couldnt say more. They were superb and I would hire them again in future, should I have any home improvement projects. "We were looking into redoing our old deck and got a quote which we thought was reasonable for our large deck. Then for another estimate, we called 7th State Builders. They explained that for the same cost, we could get a paver stone patio (which in the long run is far less maintenance). The owner worked with our budget and the gentlemen who laid our pavers were extremely professional and worked within our wishes. They removed the deck and finished the patio in about a week. Awesome job! After a week or so, it had rain for a period of time and we noticed that a small dip in the patio was collecting a puddle. After a call, they came out and fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend this company for a patio."
