"My neighbor hired this company to install a new fence around their entire backyard and to remove the old fence. Our neighbors rent their house out so they were not there when the fence was installed. I own the house on one side of theirs and I was at home during the install. The crew did not appear to speak to english when I tried to talk to them, I cautioned them several times about places the heavy debri on top of the owners drainage system and I was ignored. The workers also came into MY backyard without asking permission, They were using my gate to enter and leave my yard and have broken the gate. It no longer latches shut. In addition, they removed at least some of the old posts by sawing them and leaving the remains in the ground and just digging new holes for the post. This has caused a huge issue for me as the owner of the house nextdoor. Our lots are on a hill and now all the yard debri is actually washing thru the fence into my yard. The holes from the original fence were never filled in and the concrete that was poured for the new post is all over my yard. My dry river bed now needs to be repaired as a result of this company (it is adjacent to the fence). I have reached out to the company and provided pictures and they have not gotten back to me. I am very upset that I am going to have to pay money to have my yard and gate fixed due to a fence that this company installed on my neighbors yard. Bewarned about the crews that this company employees and their lack of caring about your personal property or your neighbors. Update: After posting the initial review, the owner reached out to me. He came out with a crew and fixed the fence gate. They said the lawn issues are due to settling (the yards are on a hill) and I would need to contact the owner of the house or just fix that myself."

"Thank You Deck Cetera. Both the fence installation and front porch addition were done professionally and quickly even though Mother Nature did not cooperate all the time. The price quoted was fair and reasonable compared to other quotes we received but the quality and type of both the porch and fence was definitely above par by comparison. "They came out to pressure wash the deck. Because I was wanting a stain, they had used an additive and stated that it would last for another year and a half before the stain was truly needed. They said the stain would cost another $100 or so. They were a bit vague and I would have appreciated them being more specific about the services provided and their costs, plus the time frame that they were willing to come out to complete the work."

"We live in a four level townhome and needed to de-clutter the house to prepare for a showing. I contacted EZ Small Moves for an estimate to move around 40 boxes and two small pieces of furniture to a storage unit as well as move 4 pieces of furniture between rooms. I was given an estimate of $285 for the first two hours, $90 each additional hour, for a two man team.
The day before the move, we realized we actually had around 65-75 sealed boxes of various sizes sitting in four rooms on four floors, along with three small pieces of furniture, all to be moved to a 10' x 10' unit in a Shirlington storage unit; we also had seven pieces of furniture to either be rearranged or swapped between rooms. I contacted EZ Small Moves and they changed the estimate to $305 for the first two hours, $105 each additional hour, for a three man team. (My ending total was reduced by 5% thanks to their Angie's List coupon.)
The next day, the movers arrived within the arrival time window, calling ahead about 15 minutes out from the house. They worked efficiently and managed to load up the truck within an hour. They next worked quickly to rearrange and move the furniture, and were very patient with us when we ended up changing our minds on locations.
We next drove to the storage unit - their truck following my car - and were very fast in unloading my items and placing them in our storage unit in an orderly way.
The team was very professional and easy to work with. I would hire them again for similar moves.

"Great. No issues, and the crew finished before rain started around 6:00 PM, including a careful cleaning of the area around the house. The only weird issue was the way the crew got access to the wooden-fenced (and locked) back yard: they removed the screws on the latch holding the lock hasp to the fence post. The replaced the screws upon leaving. Why they didn't bother just asking me for the key, I don't know.
