"I had Geno replace my gutters & install gutter guards in July. I waited to review the work until now so I could determine how the gutters handled the falling leaves. I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. I recommended Geno to a friend, who also was pleased with his work. I will certainly recommend him to others & will use him in the future if I need additional roofing or siding repairs."

"They completed the job quickly without any fuss or hassle, we are delighted to have the post storm repairs done and the noisy siding silencedâ ¦"

"Excellent job done by Mickey and his crew. Replaced my exterior stucco with Fiber Cement board and it looks great !!! I highly recommend them for any type of exterior work."

"Mike crew was fast and efficient nothing stopped them from working hard to complete my siding I would recommend"

"Step 1 for my project was replacing the original soffits, trim and gutters. My house is much better now that those things have been replaced. Step 2 will be having them replace my original siding. I like their products and ability to communicate through the multi step process."

"We had to get some stucco done on the home, contacted Anthony Daly, who came out to look at what exactly needed repairing. Once we agreed on the updates, the crew came out to do the work. The workers showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of their work day. If we had any questions or concerns, Mr. Daly would respond to us as soon as possible. He also kept us up-to-date on any additional cost and would explain the price change. The crew did a wonderful job with the stucco repairs and our exterior improved vastly. After the updates were completed, we received many compliments and people wanted to know who did the work."

"Our project included removal of stucco from the one side of the house that had it, repair of any underlying water damage, and installation of vinyl siding to match the other three sides of the house. We also had three windows replaced and larger gutters with gutter guards installed on the entire house. It was such a big and expensive job, that we wanted to be sure we selected a good company. We were impressed when we called every reference C&C Plastering gave us, and every reference gave a rave review. We were also impressed with the amount of detail C&C provided in explaining what needed to be done and what would be included in the process. C&C’s price was substantially similar to that provided by a second contractor, but included more tasks (e.g., removal/re-flashing/re-installation of windows, a certain amount of subsurface repairs, painting, etc.). C&C’s proposal also provided more details of the job. Removal and re-flashing of the windows turned out to be important as it was determined during the project that the windows had not been properly flashed when they were installed. David Condon of C&C frequently came to our house during the project to check on the work by his crew. He explained the work to us as it progressed, answered our questions, and promptly addressed any concerns that we had. Our project necessitated that C&C work both inside and outside of our house. C&C personnel were very neat and very courteous. C&C provided more than ample personnel to complete the project and completed the project in less time than estimated. Our neighbors commented how hard C&C worked during the project. C&C completed the project for the price originally quoted. We would highly recommend C&C for this type of work."

"Dealt primarily with George Andreadis who was very helpful, quick to respond and accommodating. We needed work done on the Chimney so the roof had to wait until that was completed. The quote was honored 3 months after it was made. The work needed to be done before we started a prolonged vacation and George was very helpful in scheduling it around our needs. Once the work began it went rather quickly with a one day rain break. The old roof was stripped, several plywood sheets replaced, flashing around chimney was properly done (unlike the original that caused some plywood damage). The crew was fast and efficient and as careful as they could be to avoid damage to the decks (some restaining had to be done because of spike damage on stairs which weren't fully covered by tarp). Because it was springtime, the equipment used to collect the old shingles sank in the lawn and required some effort to pull out. Some reseeding of the lawn was required. Clean up was thorough with more than 99% of the waste collected from shrubs, bushes and trees around the house. Nail pickup was efficient, although a few nails rolled off the roof or the covered gutters after the work was completed. The driveway is gravel and the magnets used to pick up nails did a thorough but not unexpectedly an incomplete job of picking up small pieces of wire (used to link nails in the nail guns). Unfortunately that resulted in flat tires in all three of our cars, but I'm not sure that is avoidable with a gravel driveway. Perhaps the use of a tarp at the top of the driveway might have helped. We got approval (from the owner) to dump some paneling and wood from the garage into the dumpster. The crew was very helpful picking up some of the heavier items. I waited until our return from vacation to submit my review. Overall I was very satisfied with the job, the price and the look of the Timberline shingles.

"Perfect, George Merryfield and his crew cooperated in every way and all work was independently inspected and certified. I can strongly recommend Merryfield Construction to anyone considering home repair or improvement work."

"The installation took 2 days due to the weather but it was soo quiet that I didn't even hear a sound. There was no mess, no fuss and the job is beautiful. I am very, very pleased in every manner possible. After interviewing at least 9 or 10 different companies before choosing Alternative Seamless Gutter Co. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for gutters, siding, or gutter covers after my experience with them. Every aspect of the job was professionally carried out. If the gutter covers didn't have a lifetime warranty I would certainly consider using this company to replace them in the future. But if there is ever a time I need any gutter, downspout, or siding replacement or repairs I am definitely going to call this company."
