His team arrived very quickly and he explained that it was my chimney that was leaking. He provided photos and explained that he repaired it by tearing out poorly installed flashing and installed new flashing around the chimney. "The sales reps, Brian and Sam are great- very knowledgeable about roofing and the products offered. Our roof is in very poor condition due to no maintenance from previous owners and they included replacing the fascia boards along with the roof, as well as replacing the poor ventilation with a much better system which should minimize the dampness problem that is present currently. The fact that the roof has a 50 year transferable warranty should help us or our heirs get top dollar down the road if we or they sell the house. Our home will not only look much nicer but will be safer, more comfortable, and worth more. Can’t wait to see the finished product!!"
