"Jerry did an all-around very good job. He communicated very well throughout the job (8 days, 2.5 weeks). He installed the new light/exhaust fan as well as wired them separately to the switches expertly. The rooms had not been painted in over 30 years but Jerry was able to make the rooms look like new. "Montco was one of 3 fence installers we had out to give an estimate on installing a vinyl privacy fence in our yard. Bill (the owner, I believe) came and one of the first things he said was that we should just do wire along the back of the yard instead of vinyl since there is already a wall of evergreen trees there. It would save us a big chunk of money (probably about 2K) and also make the yard feel less boxed in. He was the only one of the 3 contractors to suggest this and it made us feel like he actually cared.
