He figured out an ingenious way to hoist the heavy door to the second floor, and very skillfully and quickly adjusted the frame to fit the door, and affixed the heavy-duty hinges. And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. And the price-tag for all this was remarkably low -- only a third the price I'd been quoted by another local handyman firm. "Jerry referred me to Greg Simpkins as he was going on vacation. Greg did a great job of installing 9 new bedroom and closet doors, some which needed customizing. He installed a beautiful new granite countertop for the vanity, new mirror, pocket door and light fixture. The bathroom looks brand new. He even went to the trouble of rerouting the pipe under the sink to a center sink which looks great. Pulled up tile at front door and sanded, stained and finished the hardwood floor. Greg was very friendly and professional, always let me know what time he would arrive and cleaned up everything every day before leaving. The job went terrific, really happy how everything turned out. Definitely would recommend Greg for any job you have."
