"I hired MTS Siding & Roofing to replace the roof on my home and highly recommend them. Matt Sicard, the owner, was on site the morning of the installation to ensure the materials arrived on time and that his team had everything they required. He then returned as the installers were completing the work to further ensure everything was correct and to do a walk around with me. The installers did a great job on the set up, installation, and clean up. My wife and I were concerned about there being nails left behind in the yard, as we have a rambunctious dog. We need not have worried as Mattâ s team was very diligent in collecting all the debris. From start to finish the installation went seamlessly. "I can't say enough great things about this company. James, the project manager, came on time with a large packet of brochures in full color and detailed information about each portion of product used to complete the replacement of asphalt singles on the roof of our home. He patiently and professionally explained every step of the work to be done, answering questions as we moved through this process. when finished he took measurements and gave me a very reasonable quote on the cost of the project. A few days later after accepting the quote, a very friendly lady from the company's office called to make arrangements to do the job. When the time came, the roofing materials arrived the day before. The dumpster and the company owner along with his crew were here on time the next morning to do the job. It was a very cold and extremely windy morning but they went right to work. The weather conditions were very unpleasant but didn't seem to hinder them in accomplishing their task. They did everything mentioned in the contract including a good cleanup up the premises. They used all CertainTeed roofing materials and James had suggested the type and color of the shingles used on the roof. When completed the new shingles so dramatically enhanced the appearance off our home, we were completely overwhelmed. "I really love the Golden Group. We had them replace our asphalt roof on our house. We had gotten bids from five companies and Golden Group just stood out to me as a company driven by honesty and integrity. We had planned on the roof replacement happening on Wednesday last week - but had a family emergency. The guys showed up at 7 am and started getting setup (right on time), my wife talked with them and they packed up gave me the number for Freddy and said for us to call and they'd return within 48 hours. They even sent flowers expressing their concern for our family emergency. We called Monday they came back Wednesday just like they said. They showed up right after 7 am and got started setting up and worked hard all day. Everything they did was clearly described and they did exactly what they said they would. Not a single surprise. They explained everything all day long - as the project progressed - they showed what was going on and what was happening next. Each step obvious and easy to understand. We ended up having eleven new pieces of plywood - not a surprise. We knew the old roof needed replacing and that just showed it really needed fixing even worse than we imagined. No other problems came up which was good to hear. Clean up, they used an industrial magnet over our yard three times to get up any stray nails. All the old asphalt shingles and anything else - nice and neatly cleaned up. Like other folks have said The Golden Group did an excellent job, very professional very nice folks. I really couldn't ask for any better they did an absolutely wonderful job for us."

"Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was the 3rd roofer to inspect my very simple repair job (replacing a single edge shingle) and the estimator (Adam) was the only one of the 3 to offer a repair right away. I hired him on the spot and he completed the job in about 1/2 hour for less than what the others quoted. Very happy with the outcome. Would hire this roofer again."

"LCT did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and had a large number of roofers--7-8 men. They worked quickly and carefully, draping the entire house and making an effort to watch out for plants (though some damage to them is inevitable). James, the salesman, recommended that we install plywood over the entire roof in order to be sure to get all the warranties on our Certainteed shingles. He showed me where they require less than a certain size maximum opening between roofing boards, and also showed me the many places in our attic where there were spaces larger than allowed. That added about $2400 to our quote, but seems like a good investment. They stripped the old roof, installed the plywood carefully over every roofing surface, shingled and cleaned up in one work day. They returned the next day to install a flat rubber roof on our porch, also very well done. While all their work was excellent, we were a bit concerned that many of the laborers traveled in the back of their vans--which had no seats or seatbelts. Nonetheless, the workers reported liking working for this company, and that they were well-treated. Luis, the owner, called us soon after to see if we were happy with the work. Nice work, LCT!"
