"I called Creation Iron Design and they were able to tell me over the phone approximately what the cost would be which I found very helpful. They came the next day and firmed up the estimate ( it actually was a little less), they explained what they would do, came prepared with several books with pictures of their work and were helpful in picking out the design that I wanted, had it ready the following week and installed it. "Very responsive to both email & phone. During initial walk-through explained how they would make the repairs thoroughly. Even suggested that perhaps the floors were in good enough shape not to refinish them (and do just the repairs). We did however go ahead with refinishing the floors (approx 850 sq feet)  in addition to the repairs. The floors look great. 

Work started on time, ended on time. 

Brad returned to look at one issue we had with 1 small repair and it was remedied (even after he had received our final payment).
