"Very well. John Teates is an outstanding professional who did fabulous and exacting work. In his initial visit he explained the problems he could see and then considered what could be hidden from view but in need of work. We had a few scenarios for the "what-ifs". Some of them turned out to be true and he explained what he would need to do extra and what it would cost. In another instance we dodged a bullet and didn't need to take the extra steps (and spend more money). John also came to the rescue when my shower was being redone and wood rot was discovered in the stall. He rearranged his schedule and spend the better part of the next 2 days dealing with that unexpected problem. The only challenge is that John is in high demand, so it took a while for him to start and finish my job. I didn't mind, because it happens when unexpected things come up during a job, (like my shower floor). He communicated what was going on. The finished projects look great."
