They came out and did a temporary roof repair between storms until storms cleared enough for permanant repair. He even called me at 9 pm on a Friday night during a particularly bad rain storm to cofirm the temp work was effective. It was very effective. Roof damage was repaired, damage to a wood chimney extending up three floors was repaired. We ended up with a full exterior refresh and our house looks great. Work crews showed up when expected. Site was left clean daily. Crew was efficient, polite, respectful of our home and friendly. They asked on a daily basis if we were happy with the work done and quickly responded to our questions and concerns. We would hire them again."
